Abstract :
Strengthening the enterprises´ behavior of corporate social responsibility is a complex systematic project, which covers a wide range of participants, and is not as simple as the introduction of a standard. Company must take into account the interests of society as a whole and the long-term development. Corporate governance structure can be understood as the configuration mechanism between shareholders, creditors, employees and other stakeholders in the right company. Different governance structures under various social contractual relationships determine the main content of corporate social responsibility and then change the behavior of corporate. This paper investigates this issue by tracing the impact factors to CSR from the aspect of corporate governance. Companies will improve the response process and policies through the adjustments of their behaviors continuously.
