Abstract :
M-government as a subsection of e-government influenced in organizations for enhancing the service delivery to citizens, businesses, and other governments. Therefore, it is necessary that organizations can evaluate the performance of their sub organizations for m-government development planning. In this paper, the required criteria are extracted with a modified BSC framework and performance evaluation is done by combining the fuzzy AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS method.
