Abstract :
The intelligent network (IN) system of Siemens (INXpress) allows flexible service design and implementation based on SIBs. INXpress offers therefore an advanced service design tool. For this reason there is a need to have the same high flexibility in the clients that allow the administration of service data because the service data differ from service to service. Furthermore, cost effective service creation and provisioning require provision of generic client tools and not to build new clients for each new service. On the other hand the operator wants to have customer specific clients and an individual user interface. We present the Siemens solution for this problem: Web based customer service control
