Abstract :
High and new technology project (HNTP) as a carrier of economic development can transform scientific and technological knowledge into productive forces. HNTP is characterized by being knowledge intensive, high risk and high returns. But, it is quite often a bit difficult to evaluate the investment risk (IR) of HNTP in the traditional qualitative way. So the application of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on IR of HNTP has been studied. With hierarchy structure for evaluation index system set up, and the index weight obtained using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method, a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematic model has been established for measuring IR of HNTP
