Abstract :
This paper presents an integrated 70dB gain, low-power, and low-noise active RC amplifier and filter for low bio-signals sensing applications. The - 3dB sense channel bandwidth from 73Hz to 2184Hz was verified for neuron spike recording applications. The integrated amplifier had a total pass-band input referred noise 2.76muVrms, consumed 180muW of power, and occupied 0.33 mm2 chip area in the AMIS 0.5mum CMOS process
