Abstract :
The main steam temperature of boiler is a big time-lag signal, and the great change of its dynamic characteristics occurs with the load change. In addition, the main steam temperature control is particularly significant for the safety and economic operation of power plant. In this sense, the high order differential feedback controller (HODFC) is utilized instead of conventional PID cascade control of the main controller to constitute the main steam temperature HODFC cascade control system, and corresponding simulation study on the control strategy is also given. The results show that the main steam temperature cascade control system has good static and dynamic performances, strong robustness and disturbance rejection ability.
