  • Abstract
    The development of Electric Vehicles (EVs) is the strategic measures for implementing scientific development, achieving the energy saving, building a resource thrift and environment friendly society. The development of EVs includes research and development on EVs and the supplying system of energy. The supplying system of energy means charging infrastructures, power supply system, charging system and cell system. In this paper, first, the charging control strategis and charging types of EV chargers are studied. Next, the topology and the basic principle of PWM rectifier is discussed. Then, according to the control of EV charger, a method based on artificial neural network is proposed, control strategy and basic principle of this method are discussed. Finally, the feasibility of this method is validated by the simulation, using PSCAD and QuartusII.
