Abstract :
To improve the deficiencies of traditional symbol-based location, express the disturbance direction more reasonably, and locate the disturbance source accurately, this paper presents a new method to locate power-quality disturbance source. The method decomposes the disturbance signal to multi-scale using the wavelet transform, and extracts the transient disturbance signals and the steady-state disturbance signals respectively, using two different location algorithms according to the feature of the disturbance signals, and then obtaining the column vector of disturbance direction measures with the network topology. In order to improve the reliability of location algorithm, the evidence theory is employed to process the fusion of multi-information, which transforms the disturbance source location with multi criteria to an evidence, obtaining the sign of degree that the lines exist disturbance source. The method simulates in DDRTS and the experiment test results indicate that this method can improve the availability and accuracy of disturbance source location.
