Abstract
Bluetooth proximity marketing is a relatively new marketing solution not widely spread yet. Our purpose is to create a layer by an ad-hoc file system (hixosfs) and a platform independent language (Python) to facilitate the modeling of the system and to make possible the efficient use of the embedded devices in bluetooth marketing. Our idea has been tested in two real contexts. We compared the idea with the standard approach and we noticed how the approach is more performant.
