Abstract :
This paper reports on our work toward scaling deep blue light by single-pass SHG-QPM of a 912-nm Nd:GdVO4 laser in a PPMgLN ridge-type waveguide. The maximum measured blue power was 93 mW with an infrared-to-blue conversion efficiency of 14.6%.
