  • Abstract
Electrical plant insulation occurs in many forms. These include materials such as resins, paper and plastics for the solid components and oils. The techniques for dealing with these materials, in terms of both assessing their qualities and characterising them are fairly similar. This paper is concerned with those techniques that can be used in a laboratory for such a purpose and the variety of information that can be obtained
