The new screen design for the internet banking websites in Thailand (case study: University student)

In this paper, we proposed a new screen design for the internet banking website in Thailand. We first studied which factors affect the intention to use on the existing internet banking websites. University students were asked to perform the tasks on the existing internet banking websites. After that, advantage and disadvantage of components in the websites were evaluated. Then, based on user´s preferences, we proposed a new screen design. Additionally, the usability of the service is considered to be included in this study to ensure that the new model has the good user interface suiting most users and provide them the best user experience. Our proposed design was compared with the existing websites by asking users to perform tasks. From the experiment, the result showed that the proposed screen design gave a high significant value and high satisfaction rate.
