Abstract :
We demonstrate room temperature high repetition rate femtosecond optical parametric generation in MgO-doped periodically poled stoichiometric LiTaO3. Stable high average signal power (>1.5 W) was obtained by direct pumping with a passively mode-locked thin disk laser.
