  • Abstract
    In accordance with the characteristics of smart grid, comparing the distribution of power resources and power load, described the basic mode for the construction of smart grid in China. Power grid, power supply and transformation substation occupy the emphasis of the construction of Chinese smart grid at current stage. Analyzed the roles of the pumped storage stations in the construction of smart grid, described the development prospects of pumped storage resources, and proposed the installed capacity of pumped storage stations by 2020, which adapt to the development needs of China´s smart grid.
