            Abstract :
This paper deals with a low level computing environment design for an assisted computer welding system (ACW) as well as the hardware/software organization of this system. The low level should handle the programmation and execution of the welding application, and ensure the synchronization and the inter-tasks communication. This level is composed by three layers which are: kernel layer, communication layer and programming layer
