Abstract
The major tasks of network reconfiguration are to determine the target skeleton-network and to optimize the sequence and path of unit/node restoration. Based on the uncertain multiple attribute decision-making theory, the corresponding attributes of reconfiguration scheme are analyzed and classified in form of uncertain number. In order to solve the fuzziness and uncertainty of attributes and weights in network reconfiguration scheme evaluation, a new evaluation strategy is proposed using the uncertain multiple attribute decision-making method. The simulation demonstrates that the proposed strategy is effective and can help with the restoration scheme establishment.
