Abstract
Linearization technique based on negative series feedback in input cavity of klystrode (by appropriate mismatch of input circuit or inserting additional resistance in it) demonstrates depressing of third order intermodulation on 21 dB and large-signal gain decrease on 2.8 dB. Additional positive voltage feedback can compensate this gain decrease.
