  • Abstract
Affective management is a new idea of decision-making in management which has a sense beyond conventional management by giving value to both people´s affect and conventional numerical and rational indices. In psychology, affect is referred to emotion, feeling, and mood. Moreover, benefits of positive affect tend to give advantages to all stakeholders and to organization itself. Thus, the purpose of this study was to develop a measurement for affective management. The interviews of top management were done resulting to 15 dimensions of affective management measurement. Also, four stakeholders, customer, employee, local community, and society, have been taken into consideration. The conclusion and future work were provided.
