Abstract :
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system provides a comprehensive integrated solution for enterprise informationization construction; the actual worker custom think this kind of comprehensive integrated solution already is the optimizes method of the enterprise flow and a few scholars study the issue from the view of optimization so far. This article proposes the stock control models from the perspective of optimized the flow of the ERP system base on retail circulation industry (RCI) and a large-scale chain enterprise. Through this model, enterprises can streamline the logistics interdepartmental relations, and enhance management capabilities for enterprises in the competitive market.
