Abstract
In this paper, the exponential stability problems for fuzzy cellular neural networks with time-varying delays are investigated. We first give a condition of the existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium point for systems under consideration. Then, using the methods of varying parametric and inequality analysis technique, we obtained exponential stability criteria and estimation of the convergence rate for such systems
