Abstract :
In this article, a generalized model of neural networks involving time-varying delays and impulses is considered. By using Razumikhin method and Lyapunov functions analysis technique, a sufficient condition for ensuring uniform stability of these networks is derived. A numerical example is worked out to illustrate the obtained result
