            Abstract :
Singled ended and fully differential low-voltage programmable gain amplifiers are presented. They have close to rail-to-rail input/output swing, and wide bandwidth. The operation is based on the technique of the floating voltage controlled voltage source in the feedback loop of an op-amp. Experimental results are shown that validate the proposed design in 0.5mum CMOS technology with a single supply VDD=1.5V and with NMOS and PMOS threshold voltages of 0.73V and 0.93V respectively.
