Abstract :
Diversified Technologies Inc. developed a Solid-State Marx Modulator under an SBIR program funded by the DOE. It was designed to be a cost effective power source for multi-beam klystrons. The modulator was delivered to the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center and will be used as a test platform for ILC class klystrons.
