Abstract
In the computer networks course, experiments are critical complements to lectures. Experiments help students understand how networks and protocols work and learn how to build and manage networks in practice. Problem-solving skills are also developed from experiments. Adopting Problem Based Learning methodology, we designed an experiment structure and implemented a series of experiments, simulating professional practice or real life situation. Positive feedback from students proves that the experiment innovation is a good start.
