Abstract :
Based on modeling and optimization of parameters it is shown, that girotron with a slowing E0i-mode of corrugated waveguide is not the worse output characteristics (efficiency, power, gain) than the usual girotron on H0i-mode quasi-regular waveguide, but requires approximately twice smaller induction of magnet-static field in the area of interaction. The last is very significantly in terms of weight reduction of the device, and the prospects for increasing the work girotron frequencies.
