Abstract :
A 50 watt, wideband serpentine amplifier is under development to demonstrate a novel beam tunnel fabrication technique capable of forming arbitrarily long beam tunnels of very small diameter using a single Ultraviolet Lithography (UV-LIGA) exposure step.
