Abstract :
The trend of the surface water quality of Hunan province is analyzed by the seasonal Kendall test method, basing on the main pollutants during 2001-2005.The conclusions are as follows: The pollutions of BOD5 and NH3-N of Xiangjiang river, TP of Yuanjiang river, As and CYN of Lishui river, As,FN and TP of Dongting lake have an obvious upward trend; the pollutions of Cd, Pb, TP and petroleum of Zijiang river, petroleum of Dongting lake have an obvious downward trend.
