Abstract :
In this paper, the niche of human being is constructed. From the view of population ecology, human ecological momentum and population migration model is setup. The case study of internal migration in China indicates that the niche fitness and migrant proportion is higher relative. In the northwest of China, the niche fitness is very low, thus the migrant proportion is also small. However, the only one exception among them, the Xinjiang Province has a little higher niche fitness and migrant proportion for its plentiful land resource. The relative high of niche-fitness in the coastal provinces in China indicates that there is a good carrying capacity status of population in there.
