Abstract :
The author proposes the research goals of the mine flood preventing and controlling information system by analyzing the present situation of mine flood research, details the basic ideas of the system architecture, briefly sums up the mine flood forecasting and computer assistance decision system architecture design, development platform choice and implementation of the system. The soft has been tested in WUKUANG of Pingdingshan mine field after the completion of the system and the result is good.
