Abstract :
From the international comparisons of economic growth and energy consumption, China´s energy consumption per unit production is one of the world´s highest, and the Chinese unit environmental cost of GDP is in the world forefront calculating energy consumption companied with environmental protection. Because of the 70% energy consumption of our country coming from coal, environmental regulation of coal enterprises is related to their survival and development, and is also related to the sustainable development of China´s economy. In this context, this paper carefully reviewed various arguments of environmental regulation together with the theoretical basis, and put some in-depth study directions combined with the environmental protection practice of China´s coal enterprises, which provide decision-making references for the smooth implementation of environmental protection work of China´s coal enterprises.
