Abstract :
The focus of the UC Davis Program is to advance the state-of-the-art in solid state sources for both transmitters and receivers together with imaging receiver arrays. The work involves the design and fabrication of monolithic frequency multipliers and multiplier arrays, quasi-optical beam control arrays for millimeter-wave imaging and radar, as well as the development of high speed nonlinear transmission lines, for ultra wideband radar and phased antenna arrays.
