Abstract :
This paper describes on our experience of Implementing and operating Network Performance Monitoring System for SLA (called Norhtstar). The performance results mined from the Internet quality test system that is built into the KIX backbone as well as an analysis of the results. The definition of "quality" in Internet services will be explained because it is the focus of this theory-based study.
