Abstract :
A new approach based on a combination of Physical Optics (PO) and Moment Method (MoM) for the analysis of antenna radomes is presented. This algorithm has been implemented in an electromagnetic computer tool, named NewFasant, which allows the analysis and design of this kind of structures. It is possible to model the radome with several layers with different thickness and different dielectric materials. Some simple cases of study are presented in order to validate the new method.
