Abstract :
Resource mining has lead to a lot of land lacking of productivity and regional ecological environment deteriorating. In order to make scientific and rational program of the ecological restoration, the ecological and environmental conditions of mining area shall be evaluate firstly. In this study, the ecological environment conditions in research area were done with methods of fuzzy-OWA (Ordered Weighted Averaging) based on GIS. The research showed that there were nearly half of land in research area was serious damaged, 36 percent of land was light damaged, only 14 percent of land keeping health. The studied result was reasonable and the classification degree for the ecological environment condition is consistent with the real situation, which was helpful for decision-making. Finally, the treatment measures were provided based on the evaluation result. In addition, this method can meet the change of factor configuration and handle with large-scale data automatically based on GIS.
