The Enlightenment of Foreign Open Educational Resources

In order to strengthen the construction of China Educational Resources and China Exquisite courses. By analyzing and researching the Development present situation and characteristics, dynamic mechanism, development mechanism, opening mechanism such five aspects of the Foreign Open Educational Resources which is represented by MIT OCW, the plan which is suitable for China will be found. The result of the analysis is showed that China should reference the construction of Foreign Educational Resources and combine with the condition of itself at the same time. Efforts should be made in the construction of scientific and effective evaluation monitoring system, establishing new principles of construction, establishing the orientation of users\´ demand and praising sharing spirit of "the world is for all" highly.
