Abstract :
This paper first confines and analyzes the meaning of churn management in a mobile telecommunication industry and key influencing factors, designs a new prediction model to deal with the churn management of mobile telecommunication company through data mining based on several the conventional algorithms of data mining. and then describes the whole process to use predictive model to solve a churn management problem by an case come from industry company. Based on SAS Enterprise Miner to design predictive model for churn management, which will provides a foundation to predict the data of customer churn and lower the rates of churns.
