Abstract :
In the information age, the pace of technological upgrading is faster. Industry-University-Institute Cooperation is becoming a new way of knowledge production and technology transfer as an important component of national innovation systems form. How to achieve a better research cooperation innovation, reduce the intellectual property risks which universities, research institutions face has become the focus of academic attention. This paper builds a relational embedding model based on intermediary variable approach which used to control the risks in Industry-University-Institute Cooperation, Furthermore, this paper provide a structural equation model to evaluate the new approach.
