Abstract :
Proposed a decision-making method that weighed performance and reliability maintainability and supportability (RMS) of programs in the course of products R&D and established a decision-making model. The model considered statistics of RMS attributes which described by interval number, achieved decision-making by comparatively degree of grey relational which calculated between the prepared projects and the ideality projects, solved the uncertain of programs´ decision-making caused by RMS during the course of synthesis design. Finally, this method is used to verify the design programs on a certain model of supporting equipment onboard systems.
