Abstract :
In this paper, to further explore the excellent emission properties of rare earth boride cathode, herein we present the synthesis, characterization and properties of polycrystalline Nd1-xGdxB6(x = 0, 0.6, 0.8) bulk via arc plasma and reactive SPS.
