The Construction of Enterprise Knowledge Map Based on Business Process

The enterprise knowledge management is the key of its effective operation. For the purpose of enterprise knowledge´s comprehensive sharing and innovation, this paper discusses the construction of enterprise knowledge map based on business process. Firstly this article introduces the basic concepts of business process and enterprise knowledge map, then it focuses on the analysis of the enterprise knowledge structure based on the perspective of business process, especially on the method for enterprise knowledge map construction based on business process and some key techniques, finally some important application values of the presented method are illustrated by discussing three case studies.
