Abstract
In this paper, we introduce the concept of dyadic Green´s function of a laminar plate. This function acts as the classical Green´s function, but instead of linking displacements at the surface of a medium to the stresses applied at this location, it links displacements to stresses at both sides of a plate of finite thickness and infinite extent in the transverse directions. We describe here the calculation of this function and give some academic examples demonstrating its interest.
