Abstract :
The research and development of vacuum electronics and microwave vacuum elecrron devices in China started from the 1950´s. During the past 50 years, many types of microwave vacuum electron devices have been developed and applied to practical microwave electron systems. The state and art of typical microwave vacuum electron devices in China will present in this paper. Also research and development of common technologies of microwave vacuum electron devices will be introduced.
