Abstract :
In this paper it is proposed an algorithm for charging the Electric Vehicles (EVs) in the residential network and the impact of charging EVs on the voltage plan of electric grid. The simulations were performed on a radial low voltage grid with 15 residential consumers and there are studied two cases: the voltage profile of residential grid without EVs and the voltage profile when each residential consumer charges his EV at home at a minimal current. The algorithm was developed under Matlab software using values of power consume with a discretization of 10 minutes.
