Abstract
In recent years, the research on government performance has not only become increasingly complete in theoretical system but also created many new practice modes, and the research scale and the research scope have been in a period of great prosperity. However, it is needed to do studies of reflecting the government performance management research for its further development. Most reflections at present are theoretical studies. It would be helpful for the furtherance of the government performance management research and the construction of the localization theory to construct an evaluation system in literatures. The index system includes 4 dimensions: basic information of the literature, contents of study, research paradigm and research effectiveness, and 16 classification indexes and several specific indexes.
