Abstract :
This paper presents a network-side perspective regarding the data service delivery. Migrating from a network operator model to a service provider one may assume some critical decision in the service strategy phase. These issues are addresses in this paper as they arise along the design and transition phase of the new communications services, and finally propose a general architecture to distribute these communications services.
