Abstract :
The traditional fan filter units (FFU) motor usually uses the PID controller to control regulation speed,but FFU motor is characterized by high nonlinearity, large timedelay, strong coupling and that the PID control algorithm is difficult to control accurately. To improve the control effect of FFU motor speed regulation,a new FFU motor speed regulation control system based on the variable universe Fuzzy PID was therefore designed, which will overcome the deficiency of conventional PID controller that can´t achieve ideal performance. The Fuzzy PID controller is designed in detail and applied to FFU motor speed regulation control system. The comparison of the simulation results between the Fuzzy PID controller and the conventional PID controller shows that the Fuzzy PID controller is effective and the algorithm provides shorter setting time, better robustness and stability. At last, the experimental results show the proposed control system has good performance and satisfactory control effect.
