  • Abstract
    The aim of this paper is to develop an approach for determining OWA operator weight. First, we provide a briefly overview of the main approaches for obtaining the OWA weights with a predefined degree of orness. Then we give the definition of similarity degree of two arguments. Based on this similarity degree, we propose an approach to determine OWA operator weight, which need not complicated computation. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the application of the proposed approach.
