Summary form only given. A short biography of Dr. Victor Xingsheng Liu is presented. Dr Liu is the Vice General Manager of nLight Shanghai Limited and Director of Engineering of nLight Photonics, Corp., which is headquared in Vancouver, Washington, USA. At nLight and nLight Shanghai, he is responsible for high power semiconductor laser technology and product development and nLight Shanghai operations. Before nLight, Victor worked for Coherent Inc. and Corning Inc. At both companies, he was working on high power semiconductor laser packaging.
