Abstract :
This paper presents a method which combination calculation and test, research magnetic field distribution and no-load loss of nonlinear and anisotropic lamination iron core in different compression yoke conditions. Take large generator transformer as an example, in different iron yoke sheet width conditions, measure flux density B value and the core no-load loss in different position of silicon steel sheet. Comparative and analysis of measured value and test value verify accuracy and effectiveness of the calculation method and measured method. The research of this method can provide theoretical basis for the actual transformer design.
