Abstract :
In this paper we present a method to design a technical diagnosis expert system. The different steps of the acquisition method Graixpertise are given in details. We deal with the method to analyse the process, to acquire expert knowledge, and to structure it before transferring it into the knowledge base. Its features are the graphic tools used to guide the method. We show an application of this method to aircraft maintenance
